Maffra car wash burglary

POLICE are investigating a burglary at a car wash in Maffra last week.

It is believed an unknown man entered the car wash on Maffra Road at 3am on May 11 and caused damage to the building.

The man was wearing black Nike runners with white soles, a maroon-coloured windcheater with a square emblem on the front, grey or green tracksuit pants, a peaked cap, bandana and thick gloves.

He was also carrying a black backpack containing small hand tools.

The man is described as being about 160 centimetres tall.

Police have released CCTV footage and images of the offender in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information on his whereabouts.
