SALE United had three wins to begin the Latrobe Valley Soccer League finals at the weekend.
On Saturday, the Swans defeated East Gippsland Gold 4-1 in the under 12s.
In the under 14s, Sale United Green also defeated East Gippsland Gold, 1-0. Finn McDonald scored the decisive goal.
Both Sale teams will play Traralgon Olympians on Saturday in the semi-finals, the under 12s at Burrage Reserve, Newborough, and the under 14s at Latrobe City Stadium, Morwell.
The Sale United under 16s, who finished the regular season on top of the ladder, will play East Gippsland Gold in a semi-final at Morwell.
Last Sunday, Sale earned a spot in the second division semi-finals with a 3-2 win over Traralgon City.
Two goals in the first half set-up the win, with Callum Campbell finishing with two goals and Baily Ireland one.
The Swans will play Fortuna in the semi-finals this Sunday morning at Latrobe City Stadium.
The news wasn't as good in the reserves, with Sale losing to Olympians 2-1. Richard Kemp put the Swans ahead in the first half, before Olympians scored twice in the second.
