The Gippsland Times offered those attending this year’s Gippsland Times Bridal Fair the chance to win a fabulous holiday on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
In conjunction with the Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters Golf Resort and Spa and Flight Centre Gippsland, Traralgon, the Times offered three nights’ accommodation at the luxurious Caloundra resort and return airfares to Maroochydore for two.
Winner of this fabulous prize was Tahlia Griffin of Sale, who will marry her fiance Clay Esler in December.
They are planning to enjoy the accommodation, a queen spa suite with a full breakfast each morning, when they take a holiday early next year.
The Crowne Plaza Pelican Waters Golf Resort and Spa hotel is only minutes from the glorious beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
Its modern facade soars above the canal waterways and serene natural landscapes of the Pelican Waters area, with views to the Glass House Mountains and Sunshine Coast.
Visitors to the resort can take time out for a few rounds on the Greg Norman-designed championship golf course adjacent to the hotel and it is only 10 minutes away from golden sandy beaches, and a short drive from Caloundra’s attractions.
Relaxation at the resort is easy, with an outdoor lagoon pool, heated lap pool and the Endota Day Spa offering energising massages.
Tahlia was presented with her prize recently by Gippsland Times advertising manager Julian McIvor.
