The inaugural Sale producers’ market started with a splash on December 15 thanks to stormy weather.
More than 30 stall holders attended, selling locally made and grown goods from under the trees surrounding the Sale Showgrounds’ arena.
Organiser Mal Forsyth was pleased with the overwhelming level of public support and feedback the venture received for its first run.
The Sale producers’ market will be held on every third Saturday in the month, in the morning, at the Sale Showgrounds.
Anyone with questions about how to become a stall holder is urged to phone Mr Forsyth on 0427 456 477.
