TWO men will face court on charges of burglary and theft after they broke into an industrial estate in Sale at the weekend.
The two men, Sale locals aged 28 and 29, broke into GBG Concrete in Wade Crt on Friday night. Police assert the men spent up to two hours looting the site, stealing items such as power tools and battery chargers.
The men removed numerous items from the site, as well as leaving several beside the perimeter fence, with the intention of returning to collect them later.
Detectives from the Sale Crime Investigation Unit arrested the pair on Saturday, and charged them with burglary, theft and being equipped to steal.
They have been bailed and will appear before the Sale Magistrate’s Court on the charges later this year.
