A STRATFORD man is among six men who faced court on Monday in relation to drug charges.
Jack Bacon, 20, from Stratford is among six men who have been charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity of methyl-amphetamine.
The other men charged were 33-year-old Glenn McKinnell from Traralgon, 31-year-old Jarrad Hepburn from New South Wales, 37-year-old Ricky Gaudie from the ACT, 20-year-old Byron Petkovic from Newborough and 24-year-old Chance James from Lakes Entrance.
The arrests were the result of a joint investigation between East Gippsland Crime Investigation Unit and Morwell Divisional Tasking Unit.
The men faced Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court on Monday where one made an application for bail which was refused.
The five other men did not apply for bail.
The case has been adjourned to a committal mention in October; the men have been remanded until then.
