HEYFIELD police, with the help of five detectives from Sale’s Criminal Investigation Unit, have made three arrests after executing three separate search warrants this morning.
One woman aged in her 40s was charged with theft and police allege they seized a large quantity of stolen property.
Another women in her 40s, who was yesterday being questioned by police, was arrested on drug trafficking charges.
A man in his early 20s was also arrested on drug trafficking offences.
The raids were as part of operation Mahjong which has been going on for most of the year.
In an unrelated incident, a Coongulla man was charged on summons when Heyfield police seized three unregistered firearms from his property on Sunday.
