A 19-YEAR-old Maffra man who thought himself a bit of a Jamie Whincup had is car impounded Tuesday after a neighbour reported him for doing burnouts after the Bathurst 1000 on Sunday.
His car has been impounded for 30 days under hoon laws.
He will face the magistrates court on charges including improper use of a vehicle.
In an unrelated incident, a 30-year-old Maffra man also had his car impounded this week after he was discovered driving with a disqualified licence.
Police said this was his second such offence.
