POLICE used capsicum spray to subdue a heavily intoxicated 18-year-old Longford man after he allegedly caused a disturbance at the Sale’s Club Hotel in Foster St, about 3am Saturday morning.
Though inquiries are still being conducted, police expect charges to be laid.
Police said people should expect to see an increase in street patrols outside licenced premises as the warmer weather continued.
