A 24-YEAR-old Melbourne man is set to face Sale Magistrates Court on summons in January on driving offences and drug possession charges after police allegedly caught him doing burnouts in Temple St, Heyfield on Sunday.
Police allege the man had amphetamines and cannabis in his possession.
Under current hoon legislation the man’s car has been impounded for 30 days.
