A 22-YEAR-old Frankston man has had his car impounded under hoon laws after Heyfield police caught him exceeding the limit at Cheynes Bridge 4pm Saturday.
He has bee charged with the improper use of a motor vehicle.
Meanwhile a group of Frankston men were charged with littering offences and leaving a fire unattended at Cheynes Bridge Saturday night.
Police said the group of about seven men had taken the tyres off their cars and were throwing them on the fire, with rubbish littering the group around their campsite.
