The woman was arrested and taken to Sale police station where she was charged with two counts of assault, two counts of assaulting police and for being drunk and disorderly.
She will face Sale Magistrates Court at a later date.
The officers were taken to Central Gippsland Health Service, Sale, where they were treated for minor injuries and discharged.
