Goal scorers Kristian Phillips, Jon Piefke, Marc McLeod and Travis Patterson ensured the Swans remained in the competition.
Anthony Pardo scored both Olympians’ goals.
The Swans will meet Fortuna in their semi-final on August 11 at Morwell.
Fortuna defeated local rival Falcons 5-2 with Josh Tanti scoring a hat-trick and John McEvoy two goals.
Cup holder Churchill United scored two second half goals to defeat Monash 2-0.
