WEDNESDAY’S eight event raceday at Greenwattle had a touch of glamour with a crew filming the girls taking part in the new television program When Love Comes To Town.
Racegoers watched the camera crew as it set-up the girls in various positions around the course.
The girls had spent the day in Sale filming at various venues.
Racing was keen with leading riders like Damien Oliver and Glen Boss riding the four legs of the quaddie, while the Showcase events all carried prize money of $30,000.
Vlad Duric and Andrew Mallyon took the riding honours with two wins each.
In one of the best finishes of the day, Arrogant, ridden by Patrick Moloney, and New Zealand bred Tremond, ridden by Oliver, went neck and neck to the post in race the three maiden plate with Arrogant holding on for a narrow win.
