Sale police intercepted a driver who never held a licence, and had priors for drugged driving

SALE police intercepted a driver at the weekend who had never held a licence and who had priors for drugged driving.

Police noticed the vehicle about 8.20pm Sunday and pulled the driver over for checks, as part of the statewide Operation Argus road safety initiative.

The vehicle has been impounded at a cost of $995 for 30 days.
