SALE, Wellington and Maffra will be vying for East Gippsland Hockey Association premierships on Saturday at the Gippsland Regional Sports Complex.

While Sale and Wellington will play in the open grand final, Maffra will be taking part in the other four matches, including the women's contest against Sale.

The preliminary finals were played last Saturday, also at GRSC. The day had strong, cold winds, but this didn't stop a day of exciting hockey where matches were won by narrow margins.
