A 23-YEAR-old Valencia Creek man has had his car impounded after driving without a license — his second such offence in the past year.
Briagalong Police intercepted the man on Monday, August 13, driving unlicensed, and he was charged on summons.
He will need to pay the tow and storage costs before his car will be released.
