AN elderly man is undergoing psychiatric assessment after he caused the flooding of Jack Ryan’s Irish Bar, Raymond St Sale, on Saturday night.
The hotel was flooded as a result of the man, who was believed to have suffered a psychotic episode, leaving all the taps on in the toilet. Police reported the building suffered water damage to the floor.
