ROSEDALE police are appealing for information about an alleged burglary at Gibson’s Groundspread, Rosedale, between 7pm Sunday night and 6am Monday morning.

Police allege $400 of electrical equipment was stolen.

ROSEDALE police are investigating an alleged break-in at Rosedale Bakery between 11pm Sunday night and 12.30am Monday morning.

Police allege the single offender entered the property via a back entrance but didn’t take anything.

HEYFIELD police are cracking down on drivers who speed in 40kmh school zones after receiving complaints from local schools.

Since recently beginning regular patrols of the area, police have found that motorists are often disregarding speed restrictions between 8am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 4pm on school days.

Police said they would continue to patrol school areas to help prevent serious accidents and have asked the public to adhere to the speed restrictions.
