A SERVICE station attendant was allegedly threatened with a knife during an armed robbery in Bairnsdale on Wednesday, July 8.
Investigators have been told a man entered a service station, located at the intersection of Main and Ligar Sts, Bairnsdale, about 6.45pm.
The man was wearing a balaclava and allegedly threatened the lone attendant with a knife.
The employee was forced to put cash into a bag before the offender left the store and headed east on Nicholson St.
No one was injured during the incident.
Police have released CCTV and images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
