A 59-YEAR-old Briagolong man will front court in June to face a number of charges including cultivation, possession and use of a drug of dependence.
Police from Briagolong and Maffra executed a search warrant at a Briagolong property on Thursday, February 25, and allegedly found a number of mature cannabis plants.
The plants were seized and the man was arrested and interviewed the same day.
He was also charged with offences not related to the search, which included making threats to kill another person.
He was bailed to appear at Sale Magistrates’ Court in June on all charges.
