DRUGS and firearms were seized after police raided a Longford property on Friday.
Police from the Wellington area, with the assistance of the Wellington CIU and the Police K-9 unit, executed the search warrant.
Police said “a quantity of drugs” was discovered during the search of the residential premises, with a man arrested and interviewed.
Firearms were also seized and the man’s firearms licence was immediately suspended.
A 29-year-old man was bailed to appear at the Sale Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
