Learner driver, supervisor allegedly test positive to meth

A LEARNER driver has been charged on summons, after allegedly testing positive to methamphetamine.

After being intercepted at Toongabbie on Thursday by police, the driver and passenger, the driver’s mother, returned positive results for methamphetamine.

Both will be charged on summons when laboratory results are received.

The vehicle also did not have L-plates displayed, and the driver was not carrying a licence.
