Valencia trail bike accident

A MAN was taken to hospital with a possible broken leg after a trail bike accident on Saturday.

The Cheltenham man was riding in a group on Back Valencia Creek Rd, when he failed to negotiate a right-hand bend.

He went onto the gravel and hit a tree.

Police advised all motorists should be cautious in unfamiliar areas, and always ride and drive to the conditions.

A COLLISION yesterday morning in Traralgon claimed the life of a man.

The man, who was still to be formally identified at the time of publication, died at the scene.

The driver of the utility, a man in his 20s, was not injured and is assisting police with their enquires.
