POLICE have charged two men following an alleged assault in Lakes Entrance last Friday.
Lakes Entrance police were called to a licensed venue on Rowe St about 8.30pm following reports four people had been assaulted.
A 67-year-old man and 59-year-old man were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 53-year-old man and 53-year old woman all sustained minor injuries during the incident.
An 18-year-old man from Lakes Entrance has been charged with intentionally cause injury and affray.
He is due to appear at Bairnsdale Magistrates’ Court on May 1.
A 38-year old man from Lakes Entrance has also been charged with intentionally cause injury and affray.
He has been remanded to appear at Bairnsdale Magistrates’ Court on April 24.
