Ferrari is impounded after it cops attention

A MELBOURNE man will be regretting his decision to cruise about locally in a luxury sports car after attracting police attention.

The 49-year-old man driving in Foster St, Sale, on June 8 has had his unregistered, 2000 silver Ferrari impounded after he tested positive to a random drug test.

After further analysis of the sample last week, the man was ordered to surrender his vehicle for 30 days at the impound unit in Melbourne.

The man will appear at Sale Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
