MAJOR Collision Investigation Unit detectives on Tuesday night charged a man following a fatal motorcycle collision in Fulham late last year.
A 58-year-old man was been charged with dangerous driving causing death, careless driving and fail to give way.
The man, from Cape Paterson, near Wonthaggi, was bailed to appear before Sale Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The charges follow an incident at the intersection of Hopkins Rd and the Princes Highway where a car and motorcycle collided about 10.30am on November 17.
The motorbike rider, a 62-year-old Bairnsdale man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries where he later died.
