STRATFORD Courthouse is christening the newly built outdoor stage with a free concert in the car park area of the courthouse theatre.

The courthouse is inviting everyone and would love to celebrate with a big crowd.

As well as the opening speeches, there will be local musicians from JAM Trees, The Mafeking Hillbillies and Dane Nicholls gracing the new stage. These musicians are regular performers of the Singer Songwriters Storytellers Stratford, and the courthouse wants to showcase some of its finest.

This event is from 3pm to 8pm on Saturday, October 7.

There will be food vans and The Courthouse Wit’s End bar will be open, patrons are welcome to bring their own food snacks. There will be tents, tables and seating for your comfort.

This event is to show the community and user groups what this space can offer, the outdoor stage is available to hire for events.

Tickets are free but you need to book via The Stratford Courthouse –

The Stratford Courthouse wishes to thank Federal Member for Gippsland Darren Chester for providing funding for the construction of the outdoor stage and Wellington Shire for assisting with this opening event.
