B Grade

Payton Albrecht – goal attack/goal shooter – smart player whose ability to size up her opposition and determine play are strengths on the court.

Paegen Hare – goal attack/goal shooter – co-captain of Stratford’s B Grade netball team and ia reliable leader within the group.

Prue Nowak – wing attack – pocket rocket in Stratford’s attack, with her speed and agility undoubtedly strengths on the court.

Mahli Oldham – centre/wing attack – youngest player on the team, with a good head on her shoulders.

Alannah Boyd – centre/wing attack – consistent player who puts in 110 per cent each and every game.

Catherine Boyd – wing defence/goal defence – co-captain. Quiet achiever; a consistent player who gets the job done.

Renee Smith – wing defence/goal defence – relentless player on the court who loves getting on the hunt mid-court and taking intercepts.

Gracie Cartwright– goal defence/goalkeeper – one of Stratford’s talls in defence, whose height is an undeniable asset on the court.

Kym Albrecht – goalkeeper/goal defence – a force to be reckoned with in Stratford’s defensive third, with play rarely getting past this Swan.

C Grade

Stratford will be out to win the C Grade flag. Pictured is Tori Patterson (assistant coach), Georgia Prout, Merran Bradley, Mikayla Coverdale, Brooke Cartwright, Olivia Lemon, coach Sarah Bishop (front) Sarah Noonan, Skyla Skeen and Alyce Tait.

Mikalya Coverdale – goalkeeper – her defensive pressure can turn a game, and she has been unstoppable as goalkeeper with her rebounds and intercepts.

Olivia Lemon – goal defence – has excelled with her defensive intercepts and ability to bring the ball down the court in her goal defender role.

Skyla Skeen – wing defence – an eager learner and has improved dramatically with her intercepts and passing.

Sarah Noonan – centre – been the most consistent player this season, and the sort of player C Grade coach Sarah Bishop wishes she had two of.

Merran Bradley – wing attack – ability to feed the ball into the goal ring is nothing less than impressive, a true marvel to watch.

Alyce Tait – goal attack – has the ability to play in numerous positions and quickly adapt to wherever she’s required.

Kaila Goodwin – a versatile player with excellent hands and passing who rips in the ball.

Georga Prout – goal shooter – although a smaller body in the goal ring, Prout moves well and works flawlessly with Tait.

Brooke Cartwright – goal shooter – a strong-holding shooter who has played a fantastic season in the ring.

Hayley Clohesy – because of injury during the season, Clohesy won’t be playing this weekend, but like Cartwright, she is an enthusiastic and encouraging player and a valued member of C Grade.

D Grade

Stratford’s D Grade netball team is ready for the Grand Final this weekend. Shantelle Kennedy-Hills – centre – captain, whose midcourt speed is relied on heavily.

Alex Telling – wing attack – consistent performer, rarely moving from her position in wing attack.

Charlotte Runciman – goal attack – great shooter; she will rarely miss once her eye is in.

Natalie Lancey – goal shooter – taller than most league defenders and is always accurate at the post.

Lauren Wilson – goal shooter – while predominantly playing as goal shooter, Wilson is extremely versatile, harbouring the ability to play at almost any of the positions on the court.

Stacey Hamlyn – wing defence – versatile midcourter who can run out the centre position, although coach Maddi Telling has utilised Hamlyn in wing defence for the majority of the season.

Keily Nikolajew – goal defence – even at such a young age, Nikolajew is a very experienced defender. Her height and long arms result in many gains and intercepts every game.

Emily Cook – goalkeeper – has a great read on the ball and can significantly influence the game when she’s on.

Ava Buckland – wing defence – versatile player, being a fantastic defender and an accurate shooter.
