Council pays tribute to Lyndon Webb

WELLINGTON Shire Council recognised the contribution of Lyndon Webb during its meeting on Tuesday night.

Mr Webb, who was council chief executive from 2001 to 2009, died on March 2.

Mayor Garry Stephens said Mr Webb made a significant contribution to Wellington Shire during his time at chief executive.

“He achieved a number of positive outcomes, things like restructuring our corporate plan, conducting lobbying with various levels of government,” he said.
