How to fall asleep faster

Fall asleep faster with my Signature Bedtime Routine.

 

  • Block out blue light a minimum of two hours before bed
  • Take lavender oil capsules
  • Use a goodnight phone alarm (an alarm to disconnect you from tech) one hour before bed
  • Take a shower
  • Have a magnesium based sleep supplement
  • Read for 20 minutes (my book, of course!)
  • Use an eye mask

Sounds like a lot, but most of the activities take under a minute to complete. 100 per cent of my private clients using this routine have seen improvements in their sleep in less than seven days. So it works!
