A 14-YEAR-old boy suffered life threatening injuries in a car roll-over in Carrajung on Saturday afternoon.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives believe a Toyota utility was travelling south on the Carrajung-Woodside Rd when the driver lost control about 3.05pm.
The vehicle rolled and struck trees.
There were five occupants in the vehicle.
The 14-year-old was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital in a critical condition.
The driver, a 39-year-old Woodside man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Latrobe Regional Hospital.
A 41-year-old Woodside woman, a 15-year-old Woodside boy and a 14-year-old Hiawatha boy also suffered injuries and were taken to Latrobe Regional Hospital.
Police are keen to speak to witnesses and people who stopped at the scene but left before police arrived.
