SEASPRAY Summer is in full spring, with the Sale-based Yoga Space Gippsland hosting a yoga event with about 50 attendees enjoying movement outdoors together and a great coastal view.

The summer pop-up class saw the enthusiastic group start their morning together outside the Seaspray Surf Life Saving Club last Sunday (January 7).

The weather was kind and everyone enjoyed the picturesque views of the Ninety Mile Beach while taking part in yoga en masse.

Great company, great weather, great moves and a great view – a perfect Seaspray Summer.

Class was led by visiting Byron Bay-based yoga teacher Kathy Toka, alongside local yoga teacher Jill Ayres. The ladies were assisted by staff from Yoga Space Gippsland.

The two-hour event raised $400 for the Seaspray Surf Life Saving Club.

Filled with both beginner and experienced yogis alike, the class was a fabulous celebration of community, movement and connection, set among the natural beauty of Gippsland.
