LETTER TO THE EDITOR:
MY husband and I recently stopped at beautiful Rosedale on our way home from a holiday.
I took a photo of No. 19 Patrobas’ statue in the park, your 1915 Melbourne Cup winner.
Lucky for me a couple passing by said I should bet on number 19.
We did and we won.
I had the best Melbourne Cup story at work with colleagues lining up to see the photo.
