A 29-YEAR-old woman has received an infringement notice for drink driving after she allegedly recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.128.
Maffra police were conducting roadside breath testing in Johnson St, Maffra, on Saturday night when the driver was intercepted.
The woman’s licence was immediately suspended for 12 months.
A 29-YEAR-old woman was remanded to face Sale Magistrates’ Court yesterday for charges including possession of drugs of dependence and driving offences.
Maffra police intercepted the woman in Sale on Sunday night and found drugs allegedly in her possession. Police also alleged she was driving unlicensed, which resulted in her car being impounded.
