THE job of Central Gippsland Health chief executive Frank Evans is up for grabs, with his role being advertised online.
Dr Evans plans to finish up at the end of June next year.
“My current five-year contract concludes on the June 30, 2021,” he said.
“Eight months ago I informed the board that I would not be seeking reappointment.” Dr Evans has served as CGH chief executive for more than 12 years.
The recruitment agency handling the appointment states online the board of management will negotiate “a competitive remuneration package” with the successful applicant.
The three-year contract will include 9.5 per cent superannuation and a car, with salary packaging benefits and relocation assistance available.
