ON Saturday, the Wellington Gippsland Tennis Association held an odd socks round, requiring players to mix and match to raise awareness for mental health.
The round reminded players that it’s okay to feel a little ‘odd’ every now and then.
The COVID-19 pandemic and its social and economic ramifications has affected many local players this year, and the round attempted to spark a conversation around there’s more to say after ‘R U OK?’.
