LETTER TO THE EDITOR:
SOMEHOW I feel the council and governing bodies have lost foresight in the potential real estate has to offer between Golden Beach and Seaspray.
Subdivision in the past has been a failure.
Businesses are suffering and are limited with little opportunity to expand and cater to the needs of a larger populous it could encourage.
With the technology we have today, a boat ramp would create a boom, but a type of harbour would be far more practical and appealing.
The back water area at Seaspray seemingly would be ideal for such a venture with access to the sea, with the potential to create a boom in the area.
Until such time that eventuates, nothing is going to change unfortunately and valuable property is going to waste.
